 Per­son­al data is defined by the Law on Pro­tec­tion of Per­son­al Data (Offi­cial Gazette of the Repub­lic of Ser­bia, No. 87/2018) and the Gen­er­al Data Pro­tec­tion Reg­u­la­tion (EU Reg­u­la­tion 2016/679) (the “GDPR”) as ‘any infor­ma­tion relat­ing to an iden­ti­fied or iden­ti­fi­able indi­vid­ual (‘data sub­ject’); an iden­ti­fi­able indi­vid­ual is one who can be iden­ti­fied, direct­ly or indi­rect­ly, in par­tic­u­lar by ref­er­ence to an iden­ti­fi­er such as a name, an iden­ti­fi­ca­tion num­ber, loca­tion data, an online iden­ti­fi­er or to one or more fac­tors spe­cif­ic to the phys­i­cal, phys­i­o­log­i­cal, genet­ic, men­tal, eco­nom­ic, cul­tur­al or social iden­ti­ty of that indi­vid­u­als;

Per­son­al data is, in sim­pler terms, any infor­ma­tion about you that enables you to be iden­ti­fied.

Per­son­al data cov­ers obvi­ous infor­ma­tion such as your name and con­tact details, but it also cov­ers less obvi­ous infor­ma­tion such as iden­ti­fi­ca­tion num­bers, elec­tron­ic loca­tion data, and oth­er online iden­ti­fiers.

Anony­mous infor­ma­tion, which we are not in a posi­tion to relate to you, does not qual­i­fy as per­son­al data.
• Sub­ject data indi­cates either that an iden­ti­fied or iden­ti­fi­able indi­vid­u­als whose per­son­al data con­troller process­es.

• The pri­ma­ry pur­pose of col­lec­tion and pro­cess­ing of data is to enable the smooth func­tion­ing of the site www.dreamevent.rs. For some pro­cess­ing pur­pos­es, we process your per­son­al data based on your con­sent to the pro­cess­ing of per­son­al data with pri­or notice of all rel­e­vant aspects of the pro­cess­ing. • A third par­ty is an indi­vid­ual or legal enti­ty, ie a gov­ern­ment body, which is not the data sub­ject, con­troller or proces­sor, as well as a per­son autho­rized to process per­son­al data under the direct super­vi­sion of the con­troller or proces­sor.

• Cook­ie means a small text file placed on your com­put­er or device by our Site when you vis­it cer­tain parts of our Site and/or when you use cer­tain fea­tures of our Site. Every data sub­ject has the right, grant­ed by the EU leg­is­la­tor, to object at any time to the pro­cess­ing of per­son­al data based on point (e) or (f) of Arti­cle 6 (1) of the GDPR, includ­ing pro­fil­ing under these pro­vi­sions. In that case, the con­troller will no longer process per­son­al data unless the con­troller demon­strates strong legit­i­mate rea­sons for the pro­cess­ing that out­weigh the inter­ests, rights and free­doms of the data sub­ject or for the estab­lish­ment, exer­cise or defence of legal claims.

The user has the right to object to the pro­cess­ing of per­son­al data in any case pro­vid­ed by the Gen­er­al Data Pro­tec­tion Reg­u­la­tion (GDPR) of the Euro­pean Union.

f. The right to data porta­bil­i­ty. This means that, if you have pro­vid­ed per­son­al data to us direct­ly, we are using it with your con­sent or for the per­for­mance of a con­tract, and that data is processed using auto­mat­ed means, you can ask us for a copy of that per­son­al data to re-use with anoth­er ser­vice or busi­ness.

g. Right to with­draw con­sent to our use of your Data — where we are rely­ing on con­sent. This will not affect the law­ful­ness of pro­cess­ing that we car­ried out before you with­draw con­sent. If you with­draw con­sent, we may not be able to pro­vide prod­ucts or ser­vices to you.

h. All oth­er rights pro­vid­ed by legal reg­u­la­tions in the field of per­son­al data pro­tec­tion. Indi­vid­ual to whom the data relates may accom­plish their rights by send­ing requests to the our email address: info@dreamevent.rs.

We may need to request spe­cif­ic infor­ma­tion from you to help us con­firm your iden­ti­ty and ensure your right to exer­cise any of these rights. This is a secu­ri­ty mea­sure to ensure that Per­son­al Data is not dis­closed to any per­son who has no right to receive it. The con­troller will pro­vide you with all nec­es­sary addi­tion­al infor­ma­tion in order to meet the above require­ments, as well as assis­tance, in accor­dance with the con­di­tions and in the man­ner pre­scribed by the applic­a­ble Law on Per­son­al Data Pro­tec­tion. We will respond to your request as soon as pos­si­ble, and no lat­er than 30 days from the date of receipt of the request. In case of com­plex­i­ty or a large num­ber of requests, we may need an addi­tion­al dead­line to respond to the request. This peri­od can­not be longer than 90 days and we will inform you sep­a­rate­ly. The com­pe­tent author­i­ty for the pro­tec­tion of per­son­al data in the Repub­lic of Ser­bia is the Com­mis­sion­er for infor­ma­tion of pub­lic impor­tance and pro­tec­tion of per­son­al data of the Repub­lic of Ser­bia, autonomous and inde­pen­dent gov­ern­ment body estab­lished on the basis of law, which is respon­si­ble for super­vi­sion over the imple­men­ta­tion of the Law on the pro­tec­tion of per­son­al data and oth­er tasks pre­scribed by law. 5.HOW LONG WE WILL KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We will not keep your per­son­al data longer than it is nec­es­sary in light of the rea­sons for which it was first col­lect­ed or until the revo­ca­tion of the giv­en con­sent for stor­age and pro­cess­ing. There­fore, your per­son­al infor­ma­tion will be kept as long as the com­pa­ny has a legit­i­mate or law­ful basis for keep­ing such records. The data are then delet­ed except in excep­tion­al cas­es pre­scribed by law or when the dele­tion of data could lead to obstruc­tion of inves­ti­ga­tion, detec­tion or pros­e­cu­tion in crim­i­nal pro­ceed­ings, as well as to the pre­ven­tion of claims in civ­il dis­putes.

In cer­tain cas­es, per­son­al data may be stored for a longer peri­od of time, for the pur­pose of ful­fill­ing legal oblig­a­tions (e.g., the Law on Account­ing and sim­i­lar or for estab­lish­ing, per­form­ing or defend­ing a legal claim, in accor­dance with applic­a­ble reg­u­la­tions and laws).

6. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

We inform you of the fact that we can trans­fer your per­son­al data — in accor­dance with the rel­e­vant reg­u­la­tions on data pro­tec­tion — to bod­ies that imple­ment laws, by-laws and oth­er imper­a­tive acts, gov­ern­ment bod­ies, legal advi­sors, exter­nal con­sul­tants or busi­ness part­ners. In the event of a merg­er, acqui­si­tion or oth­er sta­tus change, per­son­al data may be trans­ferred to third par­ties par­tic­i­pat­ing in the merg­er or acqui­si­tion process. We may dis­close infor­ma­tion if required to do so by law, if we are required to do so by a gov­ern­men­tal or reg­u­la­to­ry author­i­ty, or if we believe such action is nec­es­sary to com­ply with legal require­ments or process, pre­vent crime, or pro­tect nation­al secu­ri­ty.

If you engage, or we rea­son­ably sus­pect that you are engag­ing in any ille­gal activ­i­ties, we may dis­close your infor­ma­tion to the rel­e­vant author­i­ties.

7. SECURITY

Although the trans­mis­sion of data over the inter­net may be sub­ject to intru­sion, we pro­tect your data by ensur­ing we have imple­ment­ed appro­pri­ate phys­i­cal, elec­tron­ic and pro­ce­dur­al safe­guards to avoid unau­tho­rised access or dis­clo­sure, acci­den­tal loss, use, alter­ation or destruc­tion of such Infor­ma­tion.

All received infor­ma­tion that the client pro­vides is stored on secure servers and only autho­rized staff have access to this infor­ma­tion. We take rea­son­able pre­cau­tions to pre­vent the loss, mis­use or alter­ation of your per­son­al infor­ma­tion. Our employ­ees, con­trac­tors and agents may be giv­en access to your per­son­al infor­ma­tion which we col­lect, but their use shall be lim­it­ed to the per­for­mance of their duties in rela­tion to facil­i­tat­ing your use of the Ser­vices. 8. HOW CAN YOU ACCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

In addi­tion to your opt-out right, you may exer­cise the fol­low­ing rights at any time:
o You may ask us to pro­vide you with copies of the per­son­al infor­ma­tion that we hold about you, or with infor­ma­tion about the pro­cess­ing of such infor­ma­tion. This is known as a “sub­ject access request”.
o You may ask us to update and cor­rect any out-of-date or incor­rect per­son­al infor­ma­tion that we hold about you.

All sub­ject access requests should be made in writ­ing and sent to the email shown in Part 1.

We will respond to your sub­ject access request with­in 30 days of receiv­ing it. Nor­mal­ly, we aim to pro­vide a com­plete response, includ­ing a copy of your per­son­al data with­in that time. In some cas­es, how­ev­er, par­tic­u­lar­ly if your request is more com­plex, more time may be required up to a max­i­mum of 90 days from the date we receive your request. You will be kept ful­ly informed of our progress. If you wish to exer­cise any of these rights, then please con­tact us as described in part 1.

9. COOKIES
